Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at hidayapress2020@gmail.com immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded, but any replacement for a damaged product will be shipped to you free of charge.

Returns and Exchanges

 

We do not accept returns and exchanges unless you have received items that are damaged. Please email us if you have any problems with your order. We are happy to help.

Digital Downloads

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.
